Para configurar SNMP en los equipos se debe configurar por medio del siguiente comando
snmpconfig
Current SNMP settings:
Listening on interface "Management" XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/29 port 161.
SNMP v3: Enabled.
SNMP v1/v2: Enabled, accepting requests from subnet XXX.XXX.XXX/24. (Es desde donde se hará las consultas )
SNMP v1/v2 Community String: asdfasdfasdfasdf
Trap target: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Location: En Chile!

- SETUP - Configure SNMP.

Cuando uno aplica el comando se mostrara el menu anterior y hay que tipear Setup, en la cual te hara un monton de preguntas, (Cada pregunta es una linea del menu)
Finalmente dan enter y saldrán del menú, no olviden ejecutar el comando "Commit" para que los cambios surtan efecto
Para probar lo pueden hacer con snmpwalk.-
[root@monitoreo ~]# snmpwalk (Ip del Servidor a consultar) -v 2c -c (comunidad)
